Your mobile experience just got an upgrade! We’ve revamped the entire incident view on mobile to make navigating critical security incidents more seamless and efficient. Here are some highlights of what’s new:

• Cleaner Header: A fresh, simplified header design that puts essential information front and center.
• Single-Tap Video Playback: View incident snapshots faster than ever with a single tap to play videos, ensuring that you never miss a detail when time matters most.
• Auto-Fullscreen on Rotate: When you rotate your phone, videos now automatically switch to fullscreen mode, delivering a more immersive view.
• Integrated Map View: Quickly identify where an incident is occurring with the new map integration. Camera locations are automatically highlighted, giving you better situational awareness.
• Improved Timestamps: Stay in the loop with improved, real-time timestamps (e.g., “5 seconds ago”), so you always know exactly when an incident took place.

Enhanced Facility Map View: Pin Live Feeds for Real-Time Monitoring

Our facility map view has also received some significant upgrades to improve performance and usability. One of the most exciting features we’ve added is the ability to pin live camera feeds directly on the map. This allows security personnel to monitor real-time footage from selected areas without needing to switch between screens.

The map interface itself has been polished for a more user-friendly experience, with faster load times and greater detail, helping you get the information you need with precision.
