Founding vision

Our founding team has decades of security and tech expertise. Our experience stretches from the largest tech companies like Alphabet, Meta, Amazon, Apple, and Uber to the U.S. Military and the Department of Defense.

By combining our passion for public safety with our real-world operational experience, we created a product that we trust to protect people and property from a wide range of threats including crime, violence, and medical emergencies.

Egor Olteanu

Co-Founder & CEO

A US military veteran, Egor joined Google X, where he led moonshot R&D projects, including Google Loon. Egor holds an MBA from American University.

Dmitry Sokolowski

Co-Founder & CTO

Dmitry led engineering teams at Facebook, Uber, Apple, and Amazon. He holds an M.S. in Computer Science from The George Washington University and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland.

John A Booth

CMO

John has led marketing teams at Quintain and BS+Co., transforming marketing functions into profit centers. He holds an MBA from Syracuse University and has deep expertise in sales, marketing, and cross-departmental leadership.

Julia Fletcher

Head of Finance

A seasoned finance leader specializing in high-growth, VC-backed firms. Julia holds a Master of Accounting from UNC-Chapel Hill and a BSBA from The Ohio State University.

Joe Sullivan, a cybersecurity expert and former federal prosecutor, has led security at Meta, Uber, and Cloudflare. He strengthens VOLT with deep expertise in trust, compliance, and incident response.

Mike Shetler

Strategic Advisor

Michael Shetler, a security expert with over four decades in law enforcement and private security, has led SAAG (Security Assessment Advisory Group) as President since 2018. He previously served as Director of Public Safety for Unalaska and holds a BS in Law Enforcement from Columbia Pacific University.

Adrian Aoun

Strategic Advisor

Adrian Aoun, founder and CEO of Forward, drives healthcare innovation through technology. He previously led Special Projects at Google, founded Sidewalk Labs, and sold Wavii to Google. He holds degrees in Computer Science and Psychology from USC.

Mike Cassidy

Mike Cassidy, CEO of D-Orbit USA, specializes in space logistics and transportation. A seasoned entrepreneur, he previously led Google’s Project Loon and co-founded five high-tech companies, including Apollo Fusion, acquired by Astra. He holds a degree from MIT and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
