Our new feature enables you to snooze any rule in just a few clicks, allowing you to temporarily stop receiving alerts for specific incidents. Accessible directly from the incident link or the facility management page, seamlessly enjoy the reduction in alerts to help you stay focused on what matters most.

2. Mask by Rule: Tailoring Detection Areas

With our new Mask by Rule feature, you can now block certain detections in specified areas by applying customized rules. This feature allows you to define specific areas within your camera’s view where certain detections should be ignored. Whether it’s a restricted zone or an area prone to false positives, Mask by Rule gives you the flexibility to fine-tune your system, ensuring that you only get alerts that are relevant to your security needs.

3. Disable Cameras: Enhancing Privacy

Privacy is paramount, and with our new Disable Cameras feature, you can now pause all camera streaming and detections whenever necessary.
